Return and Refund Policy
At Homescapes, all our products are crafted and inspected with utmost care before dispatch.
We maintain a NO-REFUND policy.
Exchanges are permitted only under valid circumstances as mentioned below.
1. Non-Returnable Items
- Masks, heavy goods (including Furniture , Mattress Topper, Duvet, Pillows, & Bulky Decor Items) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- Customised, sale, or discounted products are also not eligible for return or exchange.
2. Exchange Conditions
- Exchanges can be requested within 3 days of receiving the product.
- Only unused, unwashed, and undamaged products in their original packaging with invoice are eligible.
- The reason for exchange must be valid and clearly communicated at the contact number mentioned below before dispatching the return.
- The shipping cost for returning the product will be borne by the customer and is non-refundable.
3. Exchange Process

The product must be shipped to the following address along with the original invoice:

Panipat – 132140, Haryana, India - Once received, the product will undergo inspection. Exchange will be approved only if the product is found unused, undamaged, and in original condition.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are strictly not allowed.
- In case of a genuine issue verified by our quality team, only an exchange or replacement will be provided.
5. International Orders
- This policy applies only to customers in India.
- Due to high shipping and customs costs, no exchange, return, or refund is possible for international orders.
