Our terms and conditions of the Return policy
No return or exchange on Masks.
For all other Products, the following conditions shall apply
- Product can be returned within 3 days of receiving the product.
- Only unused goods are accepted. The reason to return must be valid and should be conveyed at the number mentioned below.
- In case you want to exchange the goods or need any clarification please talk to the number mentioned below.
- You will be responsible to pay for your own shipping cost for returning any of our Products. Shipping cost borne by you is non-refundable.
- Product along with the original Invoice should be returned at the following address –

- The refund process will be initiated once we receive the product and the condition of the product is found to be new and perfect after inspection of the same is done. If it is found unused and returned in our packing bag properly, without any kind of damage only then the complete amount will be refunded.
- Refunds are processed within 3 working days after the Product is received at our given address. In case of payments by Cheque or DD, it may take a few extra days to deliver the same to your billing address.
- This policy is only for customers in India and we won’t be able to provide an exchange, returns or refunds to our international customer due to prohibitive shipping cost.
